Allergen Information
All Baklavas products contain tree nuts and wheat. Depending on the flavor and ingredients used, some products may also contain milk, sesame, soy, or other allergens.
Our products are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen where additional major food allergens may be handled. While we follow appropriate food-safety and sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.
If you have a food allergy, sensitivity, or dietary concern, please contact us at baklavaslasvegas@gmail.com before ordering so we can provide additional ingredient information.
Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should use their own judgment when deciding whether our products are appropriate for them.
Please also review the ingredient and allergen information provided on individual product packaging.
Shelf Life & Storage: Our baklava stays fresh for approximately three weeks and may be stored on the countertop, in the refrigerator, or in the freezer.
Ordering Terms & Conditions
Baklavas is operated by A & E Consulting LLC d/b/a Baklavas.
Our products are handmade, so appearance, size, color, filling distribution, decoration, and presentation may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website or social media.
Product flavors, quantities, packaging, and availability are subject to change.
An order is considered confirmed once any required payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided by Baklavas.
For catering, custom, wholesale, or large orders, additional terms regarding deposits, deadlines, pickup, delivery, or cancellations may be provided at the time of booking.
Because our products are perishable food items, we generally cannot accept returns after pickup or delivery.
If an order is incorrect, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact baklavaslasvegas@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs so we can evaluate the issue. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund.
Cancellation or modification requests should be made as early as possible. Whether an order can be changed, cancelled, or refunded may depend on whether ingredients, packaging, labor, or other costs have already been committed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, and shipping information and for following storage instructions after receiving their order.
Estimated delivery or shipping dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, or other unexpected events, may affect timing.
All original Baklavas website content, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product names, and written materials owned by Baklavas may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
We reserve the right to correct website errors, update information, change products or pricing, and modify these policies when necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
